Delivery times shown on the platform are estimates only. Factors such as traffic conditions, weather, restaurant preparation time, and operational demand may affect delivery times.

• Ensure delivery details are accurate
• Be available to receive the order
• Provide safe access for delivery where possible

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piderico is not liable for delays, delivery failures, accidents, or incidents occurring during the delivery process when performed by independent restaurants or delivery partners.
