Refund & Dispute Policy

Piderico operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent restaurants and venues.

1. Responsibility for Orders
All food orders and bookings are fulfilled by independent restaurants. Restaurants are solely responsible for:
  • Food preparation
  • Order accuracy
  • Delivery fulfilment
  • Refund decisions
2. Refund Requests
Refunds must be requested directly from the restaurant responsible for the order. Common reasons for refunds include:
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Food quality issues
  • Late delivery
3. Platform Role
Piderico may assist with dispute mediation but does not guarantee refunds.
4. Time Limits
Refund requests should be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. Piderico reserves the right to recover costs associated with chargebacks.
