Restaurant Partner Terms

These Restaurant Partner Terms ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Piderico and any restaurant, venue or food provider ("Restaurant Partner") using the Piderico platform.
1. Platform Role
Piderico provides a digital marketplace that allows Restaurant Partners to receive food orders, bookings and event reservations.
Piderico acts only as a technology intermediary.
2. Restaurant Responsibilities
The Restaurant Partner is fully responsible for:
- Food preparation and safety
- Compliance with health regulations
- Ingredient accuracy
- Allergen disclosure
- Order accuracy
- Delivery fulfilment where applicable
3. Compliance With Laws
Restaurants must comply with all applicable laws including:
- Food Safety Act
- Local hygiene regulations
- Allergen labelling requirements
- Consumer protection laws
4. Orders
- Restaurants may accept or reject orders.
- Once accepted the restaurant must fulfil the order.
5. Pricing
Restaurants determine their own pricing.
Piderico may charge commission or service fees.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed via payment providers such as Stripe.
Piderico may deduct commission and service fees before remitting funds.
7. Refund Responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for handling refunds relating to:
- Food quality
- Incorrect orders
- Missing items
- Delivery problems
8. Food Safety Liability
Restaurants accept full liability for:
- Food poisoning
- Allergen exposure
- Food contamination
- Customer illness caused by food
9. Indemnification
The Restaurant Partner agrees to indemnify Piderico against any claims arising from:
- Food safety violations
- Allergen related incidents
- Food poisoning
- Customer injury on premises
- Failure to comply with laws
10. Insurance
Restaurants must maintain adequate public liability insurance and food safety insurance.
11. Platform Content
Restaurants grant Piderico permission to display:

Piderico may suspend or remove restaurants for:
- Health violations
- Fraud
- Customer complaints
- Failure to fulfil orders
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
Piderico shall not be liable for restaurant losses, including lost profits.
15. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
